About Us

Welcome to Compass Clubhouse

The Clubhouse model supports all individuals with mental illnesses to rejoin society and maintain their place in it; it builds on people's strengths, while providing mutual support from their peers.

The Clubhouse model helps meet the goals of our members by creating daily activities organized around a structured system known as the work-ordered day. Our goal is to work with members to identify short- and long-term goals focused on what we believe are the foundation of recovery, wellness and independence. The members benefit from a non-clinical setting where their identity goes beyond their diagnosis. By sharing responsibility for critical work, members and staff build relationships focused on each other’s strengths and gifts, rather than weaknesses and liabilities.

Our Service Model is the foundation of our mission and our everyday work. We are a community that provides opportunities for employment, education, housing, health and wellness, life skills, socialization, and community linkages. Our services support members on their journey of recovery.
